"I have found Forged in Steel to be full of enduring and Biblical values and standards for true leadership. In my small group of men, we take a couple of weeks on each chapter and include pertinent Scriptures that portray these principles of leadership. These chapters include questions that are asked which bring some lively discussion into our early 6:30 a.m. study! All the men are Christians and are involved in various businesses around the city.
